This will involve bringing together various health care professionals from different works of life with maximum efficiency for the provision of excellent service to our clients.


Our AIM To be the health care staffing agency of choice for most healthcare providers. This will be done via, flexibility of bookings e.g short notice shifts, adhoc contracts, short & long term contracts as well as fixed term contracts for all our temporary personnel.

We will achieve this by;

  • Providing an effective flexible service 24 hours a day, 7 x days a week & 365 days of the year, including bank holidays.
  • Employing the most experienced staff & providing appropriate personnel as requested by our clients.
  • Understanding the overall staffing needs and challenges of our clients & working in conjunction with our clients in achieving a workforce that is fit for purpose.
  • Recognising and supporting the continued professional development of all our staff. This will ensure that all our clients and ultimately the service users, who is at the centre of the overall process, benefits, from our input.


Our clients are healthcare providers who require temporary staffing at various times & for various roles. This can be at short term notice or arranged for short term and long term contracts. Those we serve include but not limited to private hospitals, charity organisations, clinics, day centres, hostels, G.P surgeries, nursing homes, residential care homes, mental health & general hospitals.

Chenash Homecare Specialists Ltd also provide domiciliary care in domestic home settings. This service ranges from assistance with simple domestic tasks such as cleaning, hovering, shopping etc through to complex care & long term specialist care including live-in arrangements. This service is offered to both private clients as well as to local authorities, who tend to commission contracts on a large scale.

As a healthcare provider or client, you can call us at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 x days a year & 365 days of the year, to discuss your staffing needs. We can also meet with you to discuss your more detailed requirements for temporary staffing, e.g. when you require staff with special skills or require a high level of staffing resources during a busy period. We can liaise with you on a continuing basis and manage your staffing schedule, as you require.

When you call us to book temporary staff for any shift, you can relax with the assurance that the staff we provide have been thoroughly checked & screened to confirm their professional credentials, including references. When we provide you with staff, we always seek to meet any requirements / preferences, that you may have, e.g. for staff who have worked with your establishment / organisation in the past.

Chenash Homecare Specialists Ltd pay staff as well as invoice all our clients on a weekly basis.

The Agency Worker Regulations 2010 (AWR) became law in the UK on 1st October 2011. This is an important new piece of legislation and we advise that all temporary agency workers spend some time and get to grips with the new regulations. Whilst the various rules surrounding AWR are complex the overall aim is simple; to ensure that you as a temporary agency worker are treated equally in terms of basic working and employment conditions.

The regulations refer to three separate parties, you as the agency worker, us as the temporary work agency and our clients as the hirers. The hirer is the end user who requests agency workers through us, the employment agency. The hirer can be an individual person, company, partnership, sole trader or public body and is responsible for supervising and directing you while you perform your shift.
