Our Personnel


Fafe Mudzingwa: A well driven & educated professional with extensive knowledge of working in health care. Fafe has worked in various health care settings which include, inpatient care, community settings, rehabilitation settings, day centres & most recently with the UK’s leading & pioneering ‘Ex-Servicemen’s Welfare Society’-Combat Stress’.

Most of Fafe’s positions were managerial in nature where he led large groups of people, including managing two medium secure units and a hospital in the city with a 24 hour assessment centre. Fafe has won many health care awards during his time in the NHS where his hard work & indefatigable attitude were recognised. The latest of these came in (2011), where he was voted one of most valuable and top nurses in the UK in the ‘Reed Nurse of the Year Awards’, by being voted amongst the top-18 nurses in the UK from all the different disciplines within nursing.

Working alongside the criminal justice system and the home office, whilst managing the ‘The Court diversion Scheme’ his project work received acknowledgement and approval from the home office in his ‘care pathway for the mentally disordered offender’ project. This saw him being elected to the home office steering committee in mental health projects at the time. His passion and enthusiasm of caring for others has always won him standing ovations amongst those that he has worked with, both professionals & service users alike.


Rosemary Mudzingwa: (Finalist as one of the top managers at the ‘Surrey Care Awards’ 2013) A qualified Mental Health Nurse who is a natural & truly gifted professional, always putting her patients/clients first. Rosemary has worked in the health care sector for a significant duration of time and works to the philosophy that ‘patient/client centred care delivered with a smile always wins the day in health and social care.’

Rosemary has accumulated a wealth of knowledge from the various clinical environments that she has worked in. These include forensic medium secure units, Care of the elderly, Learning disability services, Drug & alcohol services, Eating Disorders units as well as Psychiatry Liaison services.

After working for the NHS and the private sector for so many years, Rosemary decided that the time was right for her to harness all her energy and focus on a project that she has always loved so much and that would keep her close to her clients. She therefore sits at the heart and driving seat of Chenash Homecare Specialists Ltd with all her positive energy, brilliant ideas and drive to take our services into the next millennium.

Quality Assurance and Field Personnel

Our quality Assurance Personnel sits in the heart of all the quality work that we do with our clients. These personnel sometimes goes into our clients homes  or send out surveys to get client’s views on a one to one basis about how we are doing as a service and which area needs improvement. This process helps with audits and evaluation of our care delivery.

Rostering Team

Our Rostering Team are in charge of ensuring that the day to day of our carers schedules runs smoothly.

All our carers are experienced with the appropriate skills and are all DBS (CRB) checked at an enhanced level. We will ensure our carers possess the right skill and are competent with the task they are carrying out.
